Sailors Supplies Returns Policy

At Sailors Supplies we want you to be happy with your choice of purchase and always endeavour to ensure you are satisfied with your product.

If you however have any issues we welcome you to return the item in the original unopened packaging for an exchange or store credit or refund as below.

FAULTY GOODS

Unless stated otherwise, all items carry a 12-month warranty (some products have longer warranties).  If you think your goods are faulty, simply return them in person in-store or send them to us with a letter with a detailed description of the fault or problem and any information you think is relevant to, please ensure that you include your contact details:

Once your goods have been received we will assess the goods and contact you with the options.

We will firstly organise to repair or replace the goods, but should the goods not be repairable or cannot be replaced, then we will refund the purchase price.

CHANGE OF MIND or UNWANTED GOODS

Should you change your mind about a particular purchase you are welcome to return the item with proof of purchase within 7 days if the items are unused, complete, undamaged, still in the original packaging and saleable, for an exchange or store credit. This excludes: –

  • Any item that was specially ordered in
  • Any item that has been modified to meet your specifications
  • Any and all clearance products
  • Toilets & Sanitation products
  • Electronics which may only be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Associated Shipping costs

Receipts must be provided OR enough details of the payment so the transaction can be traced.

Any refunds of Unwanted Goods will be made using Store Credit Vouchers and will exclude the cost of freight.

PROOF OF PURCHASE NEEDED

Proof of purchase for any item is required and this is preferred to be in the form of your receipt.

However, if you do not have a copy of your receipt, we will need as many details as possible about your transaction, such as date of purchase, payment method, etc and we will try to locate your transaction in the system.
