Nomad Design Madscad Lure

Description

This was the first lure launched by Nomad in 2015 and has cemented itself as a fish-catching weapon in any situation.

It is a sinking stickbait that can be worked slow or fast with long or short twitches of the rod tip. A stop-start retrieve creates an erratic swimming action that fish simply cannot resist. This is also a long-distance casting stickbait ideal for nearly every saltwater species. Nomad Design is confident that if you were to choose one lure to catch the most variety of saltwater species, then the Madscad is the lure to choose.

Styled on the typical deep-bellied baitfish that are prevalent all over the globe, the Madscad was designed to be effective in all environments, in a range of sizes for a huge variety of species. The subtle features like the flattened top of the head, the scalloped sides and small tail wings all combine to make the action on this lure truly dynamic. The Madscad sinks level and wiggles on the descent. When twitched, it has an erratic swimming action, producing a pronounced thumping side to side darting action.

The fast-sinking action of the Madscad means that the 150mm size can be slow-trolled, which is especially useful for raising kingfish from deep in the water column.

The Madscad range is ultra-versatile, highly effective, and one of the staple lures in the Nomad Design range. Made to be an essential lure in any anglers tackle box, the Madscad is a great option for novice and expert anglers alike. Designed to replicate a wounded deep-bellied baitfish, the innovative design of the Madscad allows it to sink with an enticing wiggle action, meaning it?s working to attract bites at all times.

The Madscad 115mm is a great solution for targeting inshore species such as kingfish, kahawai, and snapper, while the larger Madscad 150mm can also be used to go after offshore species like tuna, mahimahi and GT.

All Nomad Design Lures come fitted with the highest quality super strong BKK hooks, chosen to balance perfectly with each lure and provide exceptional swimming actions and hookup rates for all species. Nomad Design Lures can be fished straight out of the box with confidence.
